Our pieces are made with love, but they’re not indestructible. 

While we’ve made our pieces with high quality materials and practices, we understand that delicate pieces like ours can become caught or stuck during wear and subsequently cause damage. 

If this happens, please send us an email with your order number and we will arrange a repair. If the item is deemed faulty all costs will be covered, but if the damage is from general wear we may charge a fee to replace missing beads/components.
